CALCIOMAR is a high-purity lime, specialized for aquaculture use.
USES
CALCIOMAR is used to promote the proper growth of shrimp and fish, increasing their size and weight. It is applied to prepare the pond and regulate its pH. Once the shrimp are developing, Calciomar is added again to minimize pathogens resulting from the cycle.
BENEFITS
CALCIOMAR regulates the pond water pH. It strengthens the shrimp shell in just 3 days to protect it from diseases. Without Calciomar, it would take 10 days. It helps to sediment shrimp physiological waste, maintaining a healthy environment and controlling potential diseases. It contributes to the strengthening of the exoskeleton. It disinfects the remaining sludge in the pond. It prevents diseases caused by bacteria, fungi, and viruses when used in the water column.
CALCIOMAR is a product that complies with ASTM C 25 and ASTM C 110 analysis standards and holds Kosher certification.
