Our History
1984
Operations began as INCAL S.A. de C.V. with a vision from a group of national investors to transform a small-scale artisanal operation into an industrial-scale hydrated lime production facility.
90´s
We operated a German-Brazilian vertical kiln to produce calcium oxide and invested in modern extraction, grinding, hydration, and packaging equipment.
2002
We have joined GRUPO CALIDRA, solidifying our position as part of one of Latin America's leading companies in the production of lime, carbonates, and ready-mixes. This move has allowed us to strengthen our market presence and expand our operational capabilities.
2003
Construction began on a state-of-the-art Swiss-German Maerz kiln for calcination.
2015
We expanded into a new venture by operating an industrial calcium carbonate production plant.
2020
Continuing our diversification, we initiated operations of a ready-to-build mixtures plant focused on the construction industry.

We currently operate in Mexico, Honduras, Colombia, Peru, Argentina, Chile, and the Dominican Republic. Since 2003, our partnership with Canadian company Graymont has driven Calidra's growth in Mexico and Latin America.
